TideSwell provides real-time tide chart visualizations for U.S. coastlines. Tide data is sourced from NOAA and is provided for informational and recreational purposes only. Do not rely on this data for navigation, safety, or any situation where inaccurate tide information could cause harm.
You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the service using your credentials.
TideSwell is a paid subscription service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied, contact us at tideswellcharts@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion.

TideSwell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tide data. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
